From creating my son, Shae's 1st birthday cake all those years ago, to the latest cake to leave my kitchen this week, my love affair with cake is enduring.

A blend of study, experimentation and invention have led to establishing my unique creative style and mouthwatering flavours, available in egg-free and vegan options.

I much prefer warm weather to gloomy rainy days, although they too do have their advantages. A good book or movie with a blanket on the sofa never disappoints!

My wife and I have had the pleasure of having a few cakes by Minel now, firstly at our registry wedding, it was so delicious and I went on about it so much my wife got me a cake by Minel for my birthday, which was equally amazing and looked fantastic!

The most recent one for my wife’s and my Hindu wedding celebration, and it was absolutely stunning!
