"We couldn’t have asked for any other cake maker than Minel! We had to bring our wedding forward due to my late mother in law being terminally ill. Originally we were getting married in May, but sadly prognosis wasn’t great so we brought it forward to February. Minel was supportive and approachable and always open to ideas. Sadly, my mother in law didn’t make it to the wedding but Minel came up with an idea. She incorporated my late mother in laws flower for the top of the cake as a sign of respect.
Minel is an outstanding, creative and caring person whom I would recommend highly!! The cake was absolutely amazing! The detail and the colours tied in well with wedding colours. I gave Minel creative freedom so never saw my finished cake till the day and OMG did she amazed us, you just have to look at the photos!
The flavours were so outstanding and even better it was baked using vegan ingredients. Minel puts her heart into her cakes and you definitely will not be let down.
